UV flatbed printer may have broken needles problem when printing. We can provide two solutions, one is to clean the print head, the other is to suck ink in the print head.

When ink has bad fluidity, sucking ink in the print head can solve the problem. But cleaning the print head can’t solve the problem. Because when cleaning the print head, the ink in the print head will be cleaned thoroughly and can’t be filled in the print head in time due to bad fluidity. Broken needs will still exist.

When ink has good fluidity,both solutions can solve the problem.
