UV ink are cured at once after printer prints it on the materials,which can match any types of haeds of UV flatbed printers. Now Maxcan will explain UV ink which UV flatbed printers use.Pigment particle diameter of UV ink is less than 1 micrometer without volatile organic solvent and pungent smell and with lowest viscosity,which can make sure that heads will not be clogged when printing.After high temperature storage test for 6 months,there is no cohesion,sediment and layers abnormal phenomenas.
UV ink is used for printing metal,glass,ceramics,PC,PVC,ABS and so on.after curing, the ink is with high hardness,nice adhesion,scrubbing proof,solvent proof and high lustre.UV ink involves C、M、Y、K、LC、LM、W、transparent，total 8 colors, the fast level is 7~8 levels, 1 L per bottle.
Because of their features,UV ink and solvent ink have their own applications.UV ink can be used with white ink, so many users can print beautiful embossed effect. Because white ink can accumulate then print color ink, it can provide embossed effect.But solvent ink cannot be used with white ink,so it cannot print embossed effect.
Besides,many materials require coating when printing with solvent ink. But for UV ink,it can print directly on various materials  without coating. So UV ink will be easier,more convenient and practical.
As for structure,the biggest difference between UV ink and traditional solvent ink is that UV ink involves less or even no VOC.Traditional solvent ink involves at least above 50% VOC. That’s why UV ink is called as environmental friendly ink.Secondly, they have different curing or drying ways.Thirdly, UV ink provides better weather resistance and solvent resistance performance.
