With correct usage and maintenance,UV flatbed printers can provide longer service time.But below 10 ways may damage print heads to shorten the service time.
1.With power on,users install or depart circuits.this will reduce kinds of systems service time and damage print heads.
2.To add different batches ink carelessly or to use ink or flush with bad quality.2 kinds of ink are mixed,which will influence the quality and printing output of ink.Bad quality ink will influence inkjet effect and clog the heads.And bad flush will corrode heads.
3.To wash print heads with a high-pressure air gun. if heads are clogged lightly,please use cleaner to suck the dust out and carefully clean the heads instead of high-pressure air gun.
4.Put heads in cleaning flush.flush is with corrosion,so we advise take some flush to clean the heads.
5.Leave flush inside heads for 2 days.Over 48 hours stay inside heads,flush will corrode the heads.
6.Use testless flush to clean heads. Heads are easy to be damaged and polluted. So please use fluch which suppliers introduce and approved flush.
7.Use external force to adjust heads position. No matter for adjust or change heads,please not use great force but according to instruction.
8.Careless atitude to circuits or other systems.Please turn off the power and keep circuits and other systems away from water.
9.Clean heads with ultrasonic for a long time.In fact, if print heads are carefully maintained every day,it’s no need for ultrasonic cleaning.Ultrasonic will damage heads. With bad clog,users can use ultrasonic cleaning. It’s at most clean for 3 mins every time.If cannot be cleaned perfectly at first time,please wait for temperature reduction, then make second cleaning.
10.Ignoration on ground wire equipment. UV printing is influenced by static.So it’s necessary to check the ground wire equipment now and then. And users should regularly spray salty water.
