1.Set up Z motor ascending default height which has to be higher than the thickness of material.
2.Set up the position of Margin and Y Width. Material has to be placed on this start position.
3.Click the material thickness auto-measure button. The carriage will move back to start position and move to the above of the material. At this moment, the material thickness measure sensor will pop up automatically and you have to check if the sensor probe is aiming at the above of the material.
Remarks: If the sensor probe is not aiming at the above of the material, turn off the machine at once to avoid crush the carriage and the material. Then, recalculate the margin of error and set up the position of Margin and Width.
4.When the sensor probe meets the material, it will stop automatically. In this case, the height between the carriage and material is within 2mm.
Remarks: If the height is less than 1mm, the machine extending length of the sensor probe has to be adjusted. In this case, Software will popup a dialog box showing if you need to sightly adjust the height. If yes, adjust according to your requirements. If no, press print button, the carriage will move back to start position and be waiting for your printing tasks.
